NBC OLYMPICS UNVEILS REPORTER ROSTER FOR 2018 PYEONGCHANG WINTER OLYMPICS

NBC News’ Dylan Dreyer, Willie Geist, Natalie Morales, Gadi Schwartz & Anne Thompson; NBC Sports Group’s Rutledge Wood; Golf Channel’s Rich Lerner & CNBC’s Dhani Jones To Report From PyeongChang

The Winter Olympics Begin Feb. 8 on the Networks of NBCUniversal

STAMFORD, Conn. – December 12, 2017 NBC Olympics today announced eight reporters for its coverage of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, maximizing the breadth and depth of NBCUniversal’s news, entertainment, and sports divisions.

NBC News’ Dylan Dreyer, Willie Geist, Natalie Morales, Gadi Schwartz and Anne Thompson will serve as Olympics reporters for NBC Sports in PyeongChang, along with NBC Sports Group’s Rutledge Wood, Golf Channel’s Rich Lerner and CNBC’s Dhani Jones. Dreyer, Geist and Morales will also contribute to TODAY’s coverage in PyeongChang.

Each will report from various venues and locations throughout the Games, and will contribute to features on a variety of platforms including The Olympic Zone – a 30-minute nightly show that airs on NBC affiliates. 

NBC News will announce 2018 PyeongChang Olympics coverage plans for TODAY and Nightly News with Lester Holt in the coming weeks.

The Winter Olympics begin Thursday, February 8, 2018 on the Networks of NBCUniversal.

  • Former NFL linebacker, Jones played for the New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals

 

Rich Lerner

  • Play-by-play host for Golf Channel’s PGA TOUR tournament coverage
