STAMFORD, Conn. – October 30, 2017 – This week’s coverage on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA – a partnership between the International Olympic Committee, the United States Olympic Committee, and NBCUniversal – features nearly 15 hours of live figure skating coverage from the 2017 Grand Prix China in Beijing.

This week’s coverage on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA also includes the first stop of the Team USA WinterFest Tour presented by HERSHEY’s from Times Square on Wednesday in conjunction with the 100-day countdown to the 2018 Olympic Winter Games. The show will include interviews with several U.S. athletes, including 2014 Olympic gold medalist Jamie Anderson and three-time X Games winner Chloe Kim. The show will also feature live musical performances by Darius Rucker and Grace VanderWaal.

In addition, Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will highlight the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships beginning Thursday at 11 p.m. ET, and the track cycling World Cup season-opener from Pruszkow, Poland, beginning on Sunday live at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Following are highlights from this week’s programming on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA:

ISU GRAND PRIX FIGURE SKATING – LIVE COVERAGE BEGINS FRIDAY AT 3:30 A.M. ET

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA presents 14.5 hours of live coverage of the 2017 Grand Prix China beginning Friday, Nov. 3, at 3:30 a.m. ET, with the short programs from Beijing. Coverage of the event continues throughout the weekend, with the free programs on Saturday starting at 2:30 a.m. ET. On Sunday, NBC will also present Grand Prix coverage from Skate Canada at 3:30 p.m. ET and Grand Prix China at 4:30 p.m. ET.

The men’s field features three American participants, highlighted by 2017 world junior figure skating champion Vincent Zhou, the only other current U.S. male aside from Nathan Chen who has been able to master consistent quad jumps. Russia’s Alina Zagitova, the 2017 world junior champion, and 2017 world bronze medalist Gabby Daleman of Canada headline the women’s field. Three U.S. ice dance teams will compete in Beijing, including two-time world medalists Madison Chock and Evan Bates.

Steve Schlanger calls the action on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA, alongside 1988 Olympic bronze medalist Tracy Wilson. Schlanger will be joined by 2006 Olympic Silver medalist Ben Agosto for the ice dance competitions.

TEAM USA WINTERFEST PRESENTED BY HERSHEY’S – WEDNESDAY AT 7 P.M. ET

Team USA WinterFest presented by HERSHEY’s kicks off its tour throughout the country on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA, live from Times Square on Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. ET in conjunction with the 100-day countdown to the 2018 Olympic Winter Games.

The event will feature guest appearances and interviews with several U.S. athletes, including 2014 Olympic gold medalist Jamie Anderson; three-time X Games winner Chloe Kim; 2014 Olympic silver medalist Gus Kenworthy; 2014 Olympian Ashley Wagner; and members of the U.S. bobsled, women’s hockey, curling and sled hockey teams. Grammy-award winner Darius Rucker and Grace VanderWaal, winner of the 11th season of NBC’s America’s Got Talent, will perform.

The 13-stop, interactive festival travels throughout the country and also visits Seoul, South Korea, in the lead-up to and throughout the 2018 Olympic Winter Games.

PACIFIC-ASIA CURLING CHAMPIONSHIP – BEGINS THURSDAY AT 11 P.M. ET

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA’s coverage of the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships from New South Wales, Australia, begins Thursday, November 2, at 11 p.m. ET. Coverage begins with the women’s tournament featuring a match between China and Japan.

Nine men’s and seven women’s teams will participate in New South Wales, including both of China’s teams, which will attempt to earn bids to PyeongChang at the Olympic qualification tournament in December.

UCI TRACK CYCLING WORLD CUP – SUNDAY AT 11:30 A.M. ET

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA presents live coverage of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup season-opener from Pruszkow, Poland, this Sunday, November 5, at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Olympic silver medalist Jennifer Valente is expected to headline the U.S. women’s team, while 2017 Omnium national champion Dan Holloway and 2017 team pursuit national champion Gavin Hoover highlight the U.S. men’s contingent.

Additional streaming coverage of Saturday’s events from Poland will be available on OlympicChannel.com and the Olympic Channel app at 1 p.m. ET.
