On Stacy Lewis, Cambia Portland Classic champion at 20-under par (3-under 69 on Sunday)
Tom Abbott – “The long wait is over. This a win for Stacy and a win for Houston.”
Judy Rankin – “One of the best feel good stories I’ve seen in a long time.”
Abbott – “We had the best seats in the house to one of the best golf stories of the year.”
Rankin – “It has been a long dry spell from her winning, and this is the perfect way for her to get back in the winner’s circle.”
Abbott – “We have seen many great moments over the years, but hard to top this one.”
Rankin – “You always wish for a good contest and we certainly have had it today.”

Stacy Lewis speaking with Golf Channel’s Jerry Foltz following her victory
Jerry Foltz – “Was it easier or harder today?”
Stacy Lewis – “Way harder. In Gee just played great. I knew she would. I knew it was going to be hard. I was hitting a lot of good shots and a lot of good putts and they just weren’t going in. To make that up and down on 17 and then to hit that shot out of the bunker on 18, it is something you dream about.”

Foltz: “You came here with a mission to make an impact and to donate all of your winnings to the Hurricane relief efforts for Harvey. Unbeknownst to you, today, your sponsor KPMG is matching you dollar for dollar.”
Lewis: “That’s unbelievable. When I said that, I had the goal of winning the tournament. You have got to get a lot of things right and things to go your way. Just what we are going to be able to do. We are going to be able to rebuild houses and for people to get their homes back. That is more important than any win.”

Foltz: “I know it’s only golf, you are providing relief to those people who need it in Houston, but how much relief do you feel?”
Lewis: “I’m glad I don’t have to play another hole I can tell you that. I am excited to get the monkey off my back and just to know that I can do it, that I can hit the shots when I need to and hit the putts when I need to. It is nice to see yourself do that again.”
