NASCAR

NBC Sports Group moves into its ninth week of live 2017 XFINITY Series racing, with seven hours of trackside coverage from Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. XFINITY Series race coverage, from the legendary four-mile road course, begins Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on NBC.

NBC Sports Group’s XFINITY Series coverage from Road America begins Saturday, with first practice at 2 p.m. ET, followed by final practice at 4 p.m. ET. Coverage of both practice sessions will be available on NBCSN. Coverage continues Sunday, with XFINITY Series qualifying at 11:30 p.m. ET on CNBC. Pre-race Countdown to Green coverage starts at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBC, followed by race coverage beginning at 3 p.m. ET on NBC.

Dave Burns will call this weekend’s XFINITY Series action alongside Hall of Fame driver Dale Jarrett. Kelli Stavast and Ralph Sheheen will report from pit road.

NASCAR on NBC reporter Parker Kligerman will contribute first-hand analysis throughout the weekend, as he drives the Precision Performance Motorsports No. 46 Chevy, and competes in Sunday afternoon’s race.

Krista Voda will host pre- and post-race coverage alongside Kyle Petty and Dale Jarrett. Marty Snider, Kelli Stavast, Dave Burns and Parker Kligerman will report from pit road. In addition, Ato Boldon returns to NBC Sports Group’s live race coverage this weekend.

INDYCAR

The Verizon IndyCar Series returns to Gateway Motorsports Park this weekend for the first time since 2003. NBCSN will televise live qualifying on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET, followed by pre-race coverage on Saturday at 9 p.m. ET and race coverage at 9:30 p.m. ET.

Kevin Lee (play-by-play) will call the action alongside analysts Paul Tracy, who won the first-ever race at Gateway Motorsports Park in 1997, and Townsend Bell. Reporters Jon Beekhuis, Katie Hargitt, Robin Miller and Anders Krohn will report from the pits.

FORMULA 1

The 2017 F1 season continues this weekend with the Belgian Grand Prix. Coverage begins Friday on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app at 4 a.m. ET with Practice 1, followed by Practice 2 at 8 a.m. ET on NBCSN. NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app will stream Practice 3 on Saturday at 5 a.m. ET, prior to CNBC’s live coverage of qualifying at 8 a.m. ET, which will air on NBCSN at 12:30 p.m. ET. F1 Countdown pre-race coverage on NBCSN starts Sunday at 7 a.m. ET, leading into live race coverage at 7:30 a.m. ET, and post-race analysis on F1 Extra at 10 a.m. ET.

NBC Sports Group’s lead F1 broadcast team of Leigh Diffey (play-by-play), veteran analyst David Hobbs, and analyst Steve Matchett will call the action. F1 insider Will Buxton will report on-site from Belgium.

MOTORSPORTS

The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship continues with the Ironman National from Crawfordsville, Ind., this Saturday at 5 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Veteran play-by-play voice Jason Weigandt, analyst Grant Langston, and pit reporter Georgia Lindsay will call this weekend’s action.

PREMIER LEAGUE

This week’s live Premier League coverage begins this Saturday, August 26, at 7 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN, followed by Bournemouth v. Manchester City at 7:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and Universo. Coverage continues Saturday at 10 a.m. ET, as Newcastle United host West Ham United on NBCSN and Universo.

Saturday at 12:30 p.m. ET, NBC and Universo present coverage of Manchester United v. Leicester City. Following the match, NBC presents a live Goal Zone Saturday at 2:30 p.m. ET. Lowe hosts Goal Zone, joined by Earle and Martino.

Sunday’s live Premier League coverage begins at 8 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on CNBC, followed by last season’s champions Chelsea hosting Everton. This weekend is highlighted by a blockbuster match between Premier League giants Liverpool and Arsenal on this Sunday, August 27, at 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN and Telemundo.

NBC Sports Gold presents five exclusive matches with its “Premier League Pass:” Crystal Palace v. Swansea City, Huddersfield Town v. Southampton, and Watford v. Brighton & Hove Albion Saturday at 10 a.m. ET; West Bromwich Albion v. Stoke City Sunday at 8:30 a.m. ET.

NBC Sports Group’s lead Premier League play-by-play announcer Arlo White calls the match, joined by analyst and former Arsenal player Lee Dixon at Anfield. In addition, former Premier League footballer Phil Neville will report from a pitch-side desk located just a few feet from the playing field during Premier League Live pre- and post-match analysis. Premier League Live begins Sunday at 8 a.m. ET on CNBC. Rebecca Lowe hosts the program, joined by former Jamaican National Team Player Robbie Earle and former Major League Soccer and U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Kyle Martino.

NFL

The San Francisco 49ers take on the Minnesota Vikings in NFL preseason action this Sunday, Aug. 27, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minn. – the site of NBC’s Super Bowl LII broadcast exactly 23 Sundays later on Feb. 4, 2018.

Calling 49ers-Vikings is Al Michaels (play-by-play), Cris Collinsworth, and Michele Tafoya. Halftime will feature Mike Tirico’s interview with new 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan and GM John Lynch.

In addition, viewers will get a sneak preview of the new Sunday Night Football open, headlined by seven-time Grammy Award-winner and multi-platinum superstar artist Carrie Underwood and 10 NFL players. The full show open debuts on Sunday, Sept. 10, as the Dallas Cowboys host the New York Giants in the Sunday Night Football opener

2017 WORLD WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will present live daily coverage of the 2017 World Wrestling Championships from Paris, France, at 1 p.m. ET, beginning Monday. NBCSN will also present same-day delayed coverage on Friday at 7 p.m. ET, and Sunday at 3 p.m. ET.

VUELTA A ESPAÑA

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA continues its coverage of the 2017 Vuelta a España – the final Grand Tour of the season – this week with live daily coverage at 10 a.m. ET. NBC Sports Group continues its coverage of Vuelta a España on Friday, August 25, at 5 p.m. ET.

Paul Sherwen calls the race, joined by analyst and former professional cyclist Bob Roll.

FINA WORLD JUNIOR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will present live daily coverage of the FINA World Junior Swimming Championships from Indianapolis, Ind., beginning Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET.

Jason Knapp calls the action joined by analyst Rowdy Gaines.

FIS WORLD CUP FREESTYLE SKIING

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will present live coverage of freestyle skiing from the FIS World Cup in Cardrona, New Zealand, this Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. ET. Notable Americans slated to compete include 2014 Olympic silver medalist Gus Kenworthy and 2017 world champion McRae Williams.

Trace Worthington (play-by-play) and Luke Van Valin (analyst) will provide commentary.

IAAF DIAMOND LEAGUE

NBC will present encore coverage of the event Sunday, August 27, at 1 p.m. ET.

Todd Harris calls the action joined by analyst and four-time Olympic medalist Ato Boldon and analyst Paul Swangard.

2017 WOMEN’S RUGBY WORLD CUP

NBCSN will also televise the Women’s Rugby World Cup final on Sunday, August 27, at 11 p.m. ET.

Danny Pommells (host) and three-time Women’s Rugby World Cup participant and USA Rugby Player of the Decade Phaidra Knight (analyst) will provide studio coverage of Tuesday’s match

HORSE RACING

For just the third time its 148-year history, winners of the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness Stakes and the Belmont Stakes are slated to meet in the $1.25 million Travers Stakes from Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., this Saturday, August 26, live at 4:30 p.m. ET on NBC. The broadcast is presented as part of the “Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series: Win and You’re In – Presented by Lane’s End Farm and America’s Best Racing.”

Saturday’s program will be hosted by Laffit Pincay III, who will be joined by analyst and Hall of Fame jockey Jerry Bailey, analyst Randy Moss and reporters Nick Luck and Donna Brothers.

ESPORTS

NBC Sports Group and FACEIT’s Universal Open Rocket League esports tournament culminates with live coverage of the Grand Finals this Saturday and Sunday on NBCSN, as the world’s best Rocket League players will compete at Esports Arena in Santa Ana, Calif., for a $100,000 prize pool.

In addition to NBCSN’s live coverage, NBCSports.com, the NBC Sports app, Telemundo en Vivo, and Twitch, will provide live streaming coverage of the Grand Finals, beginning at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday and 4:30 p.m. ET on Sunday. In addition, Syfy will televise coverage internationally in Australia, Germany, Latin America, and the United Kingdom.

Kevin Knocke will host coverage of the Universal Open Rocket League Grand Finals.
