NASCAR
NBC Sports Group swings into its seventh week of live 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and XFINITY Series racing, with trackside coverage from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, in Lexington, Ohio, and Michigan International Speedway, in Brooklyn, Mich. NBC Sports Group’s race coverage begins Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, with XFINITY Series racing from Mid-Ohio’s road course, and culminates Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN, with Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series racing from the Irish Hills of Southeastern Michigan.

NBC Sports Group continues its Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series coverage from Michigan International Speedway, Saturday at 8:30 a.m. ET on CNBC with second practice, followed by final practice at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Sunday’s race day coverage begins at 1:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, with NASCAR America, and leads into NBC Sports Group’s pre-race show, Countdown to Green, at 2:30 p.m. ET. Pre-race coverage includes a live on-set interview with Michigan native, and driver of Team Penske’s No. 2 Ford, Brad Keselowski, as well as a special feature on fellow Michigander, Erik Jones. NASCAR Cup Series racing begins at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN, and is followed by a live on-site NASCAR Cup Series post-race show. NBCSN wraps up coverage at 6:30 p.m. ET, with Victory Lap, NBC Sports Group’s NASCAR post-race show.

NBC Sports Group’s XFINITY Series coverage from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course begins this Friday, with first practice at 2 p.m. ET, followed by final practice at 4 p.m. ET. Coverage of both practice sessions will be available on NBCsports.com and the NBC Sports app. Coverage continues Saturday, with XFINITY Series qualifying at 12 p.m. ET on CNBC. Pre-race Countdown to Green coverage starts at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Race coverage begins at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Dave Burns and Dale Jarrett pull a traveling doubleheader this weekend, as the pair call the XFINITY action from Mid-Ohio on Saturday afternoon, before heading up to Michigan for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race. Parker Kligerman and Ralph Sheheen will report from pit road.

Veteran NBC Sports Group motorsports announcer Leigh Diffey will serve as the play-by-play commentator for this weekend’s NASCAR coverage, joined by Steve Letarte and Jeff Burton.

Krista Voda will host pre- and post-race coverage alongside auto racing icon Kyle Petty, and Hall of Fame driver Dale Jarrett. Marty Snider, Kelli Stavast and Dave Burns will report from pit road. In addition, features reporter Rutledge Wood will explore Southeastern Michigan, including the University of Michigan’s campus.

NBCSN will present Kyle & Rut’s Racing Roots: Kyle Larson, a 30-minute special chronicling three-time NASCAR Cup Series winner Kyle Larson’s road to professional racing, this Sunday, August 13, at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Hosted by auto racing icon and NASCAR on NBC analyst Kyle Petty, and NASCAR on NBC’s resident automobile aficionado Rutledge Wood, the NBC Sports original program provides fans with an in-depth look at the people, places and events which helped inspire Larson’s success in motorsports.

CNBC will present Kyle & Rut’s Racing Roots: Clint Bowyer, a 30-minute special chronicling eight-time NASCAR Cup Series winner Clint Bowyer’s road to professional racing, and the hometown where his journey began, this Sunday, August 12, at 9:30 a.m. ET.

Hosted by auto racing icon and NASCAR on NBC analyst Kyle Petty, and NASCAR on NBC’s resident automobile aficionado Rutledge Wood, the NBC Sports original program gives fans an in-depth look at Bowyer’s start in motorsports, as well as the people, experiences, and hometown that made it all possible.

PREMIER LEAGUE
NBC Sports Group’s coverage of the 2017-18 Premier League season continues as the U.S.- based Premier League team opens the season on the road.  The immersive on-site coverage will take place over the next two days (August 12-13), featuring on-site studios for pre-match, halftime and post-game shows, as well as pitch-side sets just a few feet from the playing field. Rebecca Lowe will host on site joined by a rotation of analysts and commentators, including the U.S.-based team of Robbie Earle, Kyle Martino and Robbie Mustoe.

On Saturday, August 12, NBC Sports Group presents eight hours of live coverage from American Express Community Stadium for the first ever Premier League match for the newly promoted Brighton & Hove Albion, who face Manchester City at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC. Lowe will be joined in the studio by Lee Dixon and Martino, while Arlo White, Graeme Le Saux, and Mustoe provide the pitch-side perspective. White calls the match with Earle. Premier League Mornings begin Saturday at 7 a.m. ET with Premier League Live.

On Sunday, August 13, NBC Sports Group’s announce team travels to Old Trafford for Manchester United v. West Ham United at 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN. The match marks recent West Ham signing Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez’s return to Old Trafford, having scored 37 goals in 103 Premier League appearances for Manchester United from 2010-2015. Lowe will be joined in the studio by Earle and Le Saux, White hosts the pitch-side desk coverage joined by Dixon and Martino, and calls the match with Mustoe.

IAAF WORLD TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS
NBCSN begins coverage of the event Friday at 7 p.m. ET, continuing Saturday live at 5 a.m. ET. Coverage of the event continues throughout the week on NBC, NBCSN and Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA, culminating on Sunday, August 13. Usain Bolt is also expected to be part of Jamaica’s team for the 4x100m relay, which will air within NBC’s live coverage on Saturday, August 12, at 3 p.m. ET.

Bolt will appear on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA during its coverage on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. ET, when he runs in 4x100m opening heats for Jamaica. The men’s 4x100m final will be televised Saturday, August 12, on NBC, with encore presentations on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA.

Rick Allen calls the action on NBC, the evening sessions on NBCSN, and the Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA’s coverage Friday, August 11 at 2 p.m. ET. He will be joined by analyst Ato Boldon, analyst Craig Masback and reporters Lewis Johnson and Todd Harris. Bill Doleman calls the morning sessions on NBCSN, joined by a combination of Kellie Wells, Josh Cox and Manteo Mitchell. Rob Walker, Steve Ovett and Katharine Merry call the action for coverage on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA.

 

WOMEN’S RUGBY WORLD CUP
NBC Sports begins its coverage of the 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cup from Ireland this week on NBCSN and NBC Sports Gold. NBC Sports Gold will present streaming coverage on Sunday, August 13, at 9:35 a.m. ET, when Team USA Women’s Eagles begin pool play against Italy. NBCSN’s coverage begins on Saturday, August 12, at 11:30 p.m. ET with Team USA vs. Italy.

Leigh Diffey, Danny Pommels, Carolyn Manno, and Amy Fadool, will host studio coverage alongside Knight throughout NBC Sports’ coverage.

USA DIVING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
NBCSN presents live coverage of the 2017 USA Diving National Championships, Friday, August 11, at 9 p.m. ET from Columbus, Ohio. The event is presented as part of the Team USA Summer Champions Series, presented by Comcast.

Jason Knapp calls the action, joined by four-time Olympic medalist David Boudia, who makes his NBC Sports Group debut as an analyst, and reporter Tanith Belbin.

HORSE RACING
Led by Grade 1 winners Deauville (IRE), Beach Patrol and Divisidero, an international cast of 13 horses will go to the post in the 1 1/4 mile, Arlington Million this Saturday, August 12 at 6:30 p.m. ET on the live NBCSN telecast from Arlington International Racecourse in Arlington Heights, Ill. The one-hour program, which will also include the Beverly D. Stakes, is a part of the “Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series: Win and You’re In – Presented by Lane’s End Farm and America’s Best Racing.”

The telecast will be hosted by Laffit Pincay III, who will be joined by analyst Nick Luck and reporter Britney Eurton.

MOTORSPORTS
For the fourth consecutive year, NBC Sports will provide comprehensive Red Bull Global Rallycross coverage on NBC, NBCSN, NBCSports.com, and the NBC Sports app. NBC will provide live coverage of the Red Bull Global Rallycross finals from Atlantic City, New Jersey, Saturday, August 12 at 5 p.m. ET and Sunday, August 13 at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Kevin Lee, Townsend Bell, and Will Christien will call the action.

CYCLING
NBC Sports Group presents daily coverage of the Colorado Classic, with exclusive live streaming coverage of all four stages available with NBC Sports Gold’s “Cycling Pass,” and daily coverage on NBCSN. NBC Sports Gold’s coverage begins with Stage 1 in Colorado Springs on, Thursday, August 10, live at 5 p.m. ET, with coverage on NBCSN beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET. Coverage culminates with the fourth and final stage this Sunday, August 13, live at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Gold, with encore coverage of the final stage at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

ARCHERY WORLD CUP FINALS
