Chicago, IL (July 10, 2017) – CSN Chicago (CSN), the home for the most games and most comprehensive coverage of the Chicago White Sox, has announced it will be carrying six additional games showcasing the Charlotte Knights, the Chicago White Sox AAA affiliate. The Knights feature a number of rising stars in the White Sox organization including Yoan Moncada (ranked #1 overall in MLB’s Top “100 Prospects”), Lucas Giolito (ranked #28), Reynaldo Lopez (ranked #36), Carson Fulmer (ranked #59), along with Nicky Delmonico, Danny Hayes, and Downers Grove native Zack Burdi, among others.
CSN, which carried eight Knights games earlier this season, will carry the first of its additional six Knights home game telecasts beginning this Saturday, July 15 – LIVE at 6:00 PM CT, as the Knights host their International League/South Division rival, the Gwinnett Braves (Atlanta Braves AAA affiliate). CSN’s airing of Knights AAA baseball features “The Voice of the Charlotte Knights,” veteran play-by-play announcer Matt Swierad, along with rotating guest game analysts.
