TONIGHT – MAY 19

Ottawa dominated Pittsburgh on Wednesday night and defeated the Penguins 5-1 to take a 2-1 series lead. Mike Hoffman scored 48 seconds into the game, followed by an onslaught of three goals in a 2:18 span later in the first period to give the Senators an early 4-0 lead and chase Pittsburgh goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury. Matt Murray, who backstopped Pittsburgh to the Stanley Cup last year and was injured in warmups prior to the first game of these Playoffs, will start Game 4 tonight. Pittsburgh is 11-2 in the postseason following a loss under head coach Mike Sullivan.

Ottawa has won four consecutive home games and has scored 16 goals in their last three games at Canadian Tire Centre. The Senators have held the Penguins to exactly one goal in each game this series and five consecutive games dating back to the regular season.

SATURDAY, MAY 20

After being outshot 40-20 in a 2-1 loss in Game 3, Anaheim responded last night in Game 4 with a 3-2 overtime victory in Nashville to even the Western Conference Final at two games apiece. The Ducks led 2-0 in the third period before P.K. Subban scored with 6:27 remaining and Filip Forsberg netted the tying goal with 34.5 seconds left in regulation. Corey Perry was credited with the game-winner midway through overtime, as his centering feed deflected off of Subban’s stick and past Pekka Rinne. This marks Perry’s second overtime goal of these playoffs, following his game-winner in double overtime of Game 5 against Edmonton in the second round.

Last night’s Game 4 on NBCSN produced an 11.2 rating in Nashville, the highest-rated Predators game ever in the market on an NBCUniversal network. The last three Ducks-Predators games have been the highest-rated ever in Nashville (Game 2; 10.9, Game 3; 10.7).

SUNDAY, MAY 21

NBC will present coverage of Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Final on Sunday beginning at 3 p.m. ET, when the Pittsburgh Penguins host the Ottawa Senators at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pa.
