LONDON MARATHON LIVE THIS SUN., APRIL 23, AT 3:30 AM ET ON NBCSN AS NBC SPORTS GROUP’S MONTH OF MARATHON COVERAGE CONTINUES

Coverage Available with New Direct-to-Consumer offering, NBC Sports Gold’s “Track & Field Pass”

STAMFORD, Conn. – April 20, 2017 – NBC Sports Group presents live coverage of the London Marathon this Sunday, April 23, at 3:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage will be streamed live on NBC Sports Gold’s “Track and Field Pass,” as well as on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app. Universal HD will present an encore of the race Sunday at 7 p.m. ET.

The men’s race features some of the world’s best marathoners, including three-time Olympic gold medalist and five-time world champion Kenenisa Bekele of Ethiopia, two-time world champion and 2012 Olympic silver medalist Abel Kirui of Kenya, and 2016 Olympic silver medalist Feyisa Lilesa of Ethiopia. A similarly strong field appears on the women’s side, with 2011 and 2012 champion Mary Keitany of Kenya looking for her third victory at the London Marathon and Tigist Tufa of Ethiopia trying to claim her second London Marathon title after winning in 2015. The course runs from Blackheath and Greenwich Park through Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, and Tower Hill, finishing near Buckingham Palace at The Mall.

In addition, tomorrow, Friday, April 21, NBCSN presents an encore of the Paris Marathon at 2 a.m. ET, and Universal HD presents an encore of the Boston Marathon at 6 p.m. ET.
