2006 Olympic Ice Dance Silver Medalist Tanith White Calls the Action Joined by 2011 U.S. Champion Ryan Bradley

STAMFORD, Conn. – April 19, 2017 – NBCSN presents coverage of the 2017 ISU World Team Trophy figure skating competition from Tokyo, Japan, beginning tomorrow, Thursday, April 20, at Noon ET. Coverage of the event on NBCSN continues this Friday, April 21, at Noon ET and culminates this Saturday, April 22, at 2:30 p.m. ET.

Skaters from six countries will compete in the event, which is contested in a team format. Competing for the U.S. are 2017 Four Continents and U.S. champion Nathan Chen and 2015 U.S. champion Jason Brown in the men’s competition; 2016 World silver medalist and three-time U.S. champion Ashley Wagner and 2017 U.S. Champion Karen Chen in the ladies’ competition; 2015 World silver medalists Madison Chock and Evan Bates in the ice dance competition; and 2017 U.S. bronze medalists Ashley Cain and Timothy Leduc competing in pairs.

Highlighting the international field are Russia’s Yevgenia Medvedeva, the reigning and two-time World champion, and 2015 World bronze medalist Yelena Radionova competing in the ladies’ competition; and reigning and World and Olympic champion Yuzuru Hanyu of Japan and three-time World champion Patrick Chan of Canada in the men’s competition.
