NHL
This week’s NHL Game of the Week on NBC features a “Star Sunday” showcase highlighting Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin, who was recently named one of the NHL’s Top 100 Greatest Players, and Kings forward Jeff Carter, when Washington hosts Los Angeles this Sunday at noon ET on NBC from Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.

Kenny Albert (play-by-play), Eddie Olczyk (analyst), and Pierre McGuire (‘Inside-the-Glass analyst) will call this week’s Kings-Capitals “Star Sunday” NHL Game of the Week. Pre-game coverage and intermissions will be hosted by Liam McHugh, alongside analysts Jeremy Roenick and Keith Jones.

PREMIER LEAGUE
NBC Sports Group’s lead Premier League play-by-play commentator Arlo White and analysts Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux will call both first-place Chelsea v. third-place Arsenal (7:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN) and second-place Tottenham v. Middlesbrough (12:30 p.m. ET on NBC), traversing through London traffic on motorbike taxis between matches. As a part of “Arlo, Lee and Graeme’s Excellent Adventure,” White, Dixon, and Le Saux have each been tasked with taking selfies at London landmarks along the way, logging their arrival time at White Hart Lane in a race to the second match.

Live match coverage of Chelsea v. Arsenal begins at 6:30 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN.

Following the match, NBC presents a live Goal Zone at 2:30 p.m. ET. Rebecca Lowe hosts Goal Zone and Premier League Live, joined by Kyle Martino and Robbie Mustoe.

Saturday at 10 a.m. ET, NBCSN hosts coverage of Hull City v. Liverpool, and CNBC hosts coverage of Crystal Palace v. Sunderland.

Premier League coverage on Sunday, Feb. 5, begins at 7:30 a.m. ET with Premier League Live followed by Manchester City v. Swansea City at 8:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage continues Sunday at 11 a.m. ET when Leicester City host Manchester United on NBCSN. White calls the match, joined by Dixon and Le Saux at King Power Stadium.

Sunday at 2 p.m. ET, NBCSN presents a new Premier League Download. Hosted by the Men in BlazersRoger Bennett, “Never Lose Faith: The Sunderland AFC Story” takes an in-depth look at the one-of-a-kind connection between the Black Cats and the local community.

TOYOTA U.S. GRAND PRIX
NBC Sports showcases two of the biggest names in snowboard halfpipe this weekend, when two-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White and 16-year-old phenom Chloe Kim compete at the 2017 Toyota U.S. Grand Prix at Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on NBC.

Coverage from Mammoth Mountain begins with the ski halfpipe on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET, followed by the snowboard halfpipe on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET. NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app will live stream the ski halfpipe tomorrow at 12:30 p.m. ET and the snowboard halfipipe on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Todd Harris (play-by-play) calls the action from Mammoth alongside Todd Richards (analyst), Luke Van Valin (analyst), and Tina Dixon (reporter).

VISA FREESTYLE INTERNATIONAL
Olympic winter sports coverage also includes two-time Olympian Ashley Caldwell and 2014 Olympian Mac Bohonnon at the Visa Freestyle International in Deer Valley, Utah, beginning on Saturday at 9 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

NBCSN’s coverage on Saturday begins with the moguls at 9 p.m. ET, followed by the aerials at 10 p.m. ET. NBC will also televise the dual moguls, a non-Olympic event, on Sunday at 4 p.m. ET, as the top skiers race head to head down the moguls course.

Trace Worthington (play-by-play), Jonny Moseley (analyst), and Kelli Stavast (reporter) will call this weekend’s action from Deer Valley.

CURLING
NBCSN’s Curling Night in America coverage continues tomorrow night at 10 p.m. ET, when skip Nina Roth leads Team USA women’s team against Japan. Last week on Curling Night, China defeated the mixed doubles team of Joe Polo and Tabitha Peterson by a score of 10-4 in their opening match.

NBCSN will also air a Curling Night in America tripleheader on Sunday night, beginning at 5 p.m. ET, with encore presentations of the first three episodes of the 2017 season.

Jason Knapp (play-by-play), Pete Fenson (analyst), and Tanith White (reporter) provide commentary for all Curling Night in America telecasts. The event took place at the Duluth Curling Club, in Duluth, Minn., from Dec. 1-3. Click here for more information.

FIS SKIING
With almost one year until the XXIII Olympic Winter Games, NBC Sports Group continues its coverage of PyeongChang test events on Universal HD this weekend.

Universal HD will air a recap show of the nordic combined coverage from PyeongChang, that features two individual large hill events.

TRACK & FIELD
NBCSN continues live coverage of the 2017 USATF Indoor Championship Series with the Armory Invitational, the second event in the series, this Saturday, Feb. 4, at 4:30 p.m. ET from New York, N.Y.

Announcer Rick Allen calls the event. Joining Allen at the Armory Track & Field Center in New York, N.Y., are analyst Ato Boldon, and reporter Lewis Johnson.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL
NBCSN presents a pair of Atlantic 10 showdowns this weekend with a men’s basketball doubleheader tipping off at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, when the Dayton Flyers (15-5, 6-2) host the Duquesne Dukes (9-13, 2-7) at UD Arena in Dayton, Ohio.

Ryan Burr (play-by-play) and David Kaplan (analyst) will provide commentary of the Duquesne-Dayton matchup.

Saturday’s coverage continues at 2:30 p.m. ET, when the Richmond Spiders (13-8, 7-2) host the George Washington Colonials (12-9, 4-4) at Robins Center in Richmond, Va. Corey calls GW-Richmond alongside former Division I basketball player and coach Ron Thompson.

GOLF

Golf Channel will provide nearly 30 hours of live tournament and comprehensive wraparound news coverage of the Waste Management Phoenix Open – known as “The Greenest Show on Grass” – on-site from TPC Scottsdale Thursday-Sunday, Feb. 2-5.

Tiger Woods, two-time champion at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, headlines a field that includes defending champion Danny Willett, Sergio Garcia and Matthew Fitzpatrick, with coverage beginning Wednesday in primetime.

Live coverage of the Waste Management Phoenix Open continues at 3 p.m. on Golf Channel. Saturday’s coverage begins at 1 p.m. on Golf Channel. Coverage concludes on Sunday at 1 p.m. on Golf Channel.

Rich Lerner (play-by-play) will provide play-by-play for Golf Channel’s coverage from Scottsdale, Ariz. Lerner is joined by David Duval and Curt Byrum (tower) and Matt Gogel (tower), with Billy Ray Brown from the course. Steve Burkowski will contribute with interviews.
