STAMFORD, Conn. – October 18, 2016 – This week’s all-new edition of NFL Turning Point, debuting Thursday at 1:30 a.m. ET / Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. PT on NBCSN, breaks down the New York Giants’ comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens and analyzes WR Odell Beckham Jr.’s game-winning touchdown in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s matchup.

In addition, the show examines the strong performances of Dallas Cowboys’ QB Dak Prescott and RB Ezekiel Elliott against the Green Bay Packers; shines a spotlight on QB Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks’ win this past Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons; and reviews the New England Patriots’ win over the Cincinnati Bengals, featuring in-game audio from Patriots’ TE Rob Gronkowski.

Hosted by Football Night In America’s Dan Patrick, the 30-minute long NFL Turning Point, co-produced by NFL Films, airs weekly throughout the entire NFL season, including the playoffs and Super Bowl.

This week’s episode includes:

  • Ravens – Giants: NFL Films examines Beckham Jr.’s eight receptions for a career high 222 yards, and takes a look at his two game-changing touchdowns in the second half: Beckham Jr.’s game-winning 66-yard touchdown in the final minutes and his 75 yard touchdown in the third quarter, which proved to be a turning point in the matchup.
  • Cowboys – Packers: NFL Turning Point breaks down the performances of the Cowboys’ rookies on Sunday, and reviews how they led Dallas to its fifth straight victory. The segment shines a spotlight on Prescott’s 18 completions on 27 pass attempts for 247 yards and three touchdowns, and studies the impact of Elliott’s 157 rushing yards.
  • Falcons – Seahawks: Featuring in-game audio from Wilson, the segment examines S Earl Thomas’ game-changing interception and reviews the Seahawks’ win over the Falcons.
  • Bengals – Patriots: NFL Turning Point takes an inside look at the matchup and highlights how Gronkowski’s 162 receiving yards and one touchdown helped make the difference in the game.

Wednesday night’s Sounds of The Game – Powered by BOSE – segment will feature the Best of NFL Films Week 6 wires, including audio from QB Marcus Mariota in the Titans’ win over the Browns, and head coach Rex Ryan in the Bills’ win against the 49ers.

Each week NFL Turning Point is built around select NFL matchups from the previous weekend, and focuses on the crucial “turning point” moments that ultimately defined the outcome of each game. The show also features anatomy-of-a-play type segments and long-form game-of-the-week style narratives that include pre-game and post-game access, sideline sounds, jaw-dropping cinematography and incredible storytelling that is synonymous with NFL Films.

During the 2016-17 season NBCSN will air a total of 21 NFL Turning Point episodes. The season finale, scheduled to air on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, will look back at the “turning point” of Super Bowl LI.
