STAMFORD, CONN. – September 20, 2016 – Wednesday night’s all-new edition of NFL Turning Point, debuting tomorrow at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN, examines the Baltimore Ravens’ matchup with the Cleveland Browns and studies how QB Joe Flacco orchestrated the team’s comeback win.

In addition, the show breaks down the Pittsburgh Steelers’ victory against the Cincinnati Bengals; reviews QB Sam Bradford and the Minnesota Vikings’ win over the Green Bay Packers; and features in-game audio from RB C.J. Anderson during the Denver Broncos’ victory over the Indianapolis Colts.

Hosted by Football Night In America’s Dan Patrick, the 30-minute long NFL Turning Point, co-produced by NFL Films, airs weekly throughout the entire NFL season, including the playoffs and Super Bowl.

This week’s episode includes:

  • Ravens – Browns: NFL Turning Point reviews the Ravens performance against the Browns and how the team rallied back from a 20-point deficit late in the first quarter. The segment shines a spotlight on the extra point that DE Lawrence Guy blocked, and CB Tavon Young’s subsequent two-point conversion, and analyzes how the two plays proved to be the turning point in the game.
  • Bengals – Steelers: NFL Films examines the overall matchup between the two AFC North rivals, breaks down how the Steelers’ defense limited Bengals’ WR A.J. Green to two receptions, and studies how Pittsburgh held Cincinnati’s hi-powered offense to one touchdown.
  • Packers – Vikings: The segment highlights the stand-out performances of Bradford and WR Stefon Diggs, and reviews how Bradford’s 286-passing yards and Diggs’ 182-receiving yards proved to be the difference in Sunday’s game. The segment explores the 25-yard touchdown pass from Bradford to Diggs, that put the Vikings up late in the third quarter, and how it ultimately secured the game for Minnesota.
  • Colts – Broncos: NFL Turning Point highlights RB C.J. Anderson and the Broncos’ performance against the Colts, and takes an inside look at the game-changing defensive plays made by CB Aqib Talib and LB Von Miller.

Wednesday night’s Sounds of The Game – Powered by BOSE – segment will feature the Best of NFL Films Week 2 wires, including in-game audio from LB Thomas Davis who was mic’d up during the Carolina Panthers’ win over the San Francisco 49ers.

Each week NFL Turning Point is built around select NFL matchups from the previous weekend, and focuses on the crucial “turning point” moments that ultimately defined the outcome of each game. The show also features anatomy-of-a-play type segments and long-form game-of-the-week style narratives that include pre-game and post-game access, sideline sounds, jaw-dropping cinematography and incredible storytelling that is synonymous with NFL Films.

In 2016 NBCSN will air a total of 21 NFL Turning Point episodes. The season finale, scheduled to air on Wednesday, February 8, 2016, will look back at the “turning point” of Super Bowl LI.
