STAMFORD, Conn. – August 17, 2016 – NBC’s primetime coverage of the Games of the XXXI Olympiad continues today, Wednesday, August 17, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and features defending two-time champion Usain Bolt as he seeks to advance in the men’s 200m semifinals. Wednesday’s primetime coverage also includes the bronze medal match in women’s beach volleyball as Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross face off against Brazil’s Larissa and Talita. American Tori Bowie also goes for gold in the women’s 200m final.

Wednesday’s daytime coverage on NBC features Ashton Eaton as he begins his quest to successfully defend his gold medal in the decathlon at 10 a.m. ET/PT. Coverage continues with equestrian team jumping gold medal finals, followed by a men’s volleyball semifinals matchup as the U.S. battles Poland at 1 p.m. ET/PT.

NBC’s late night coverage includes the gold medal match in women’s beach volleyball as Laura Ludwig and Kira Walkenhorst of Germany look to defeat Brazil’s Agatha and Barbara who upset Americans Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross.

The men’s soccer semifinals highlight NBCSN’s Wednesday coverage. Coverage kicks off at Noon ET with Neymar and Brazil facing Honduras, followed by Nigeria vs. Germany at 3 p.m. ET. Coverage continues on NBCSN at 8:30 p.m. ET with gold medal finals in women’s freestyle wrestling.

USA Network presents men’s badminton on Wednesday. Coverage begins at 9 a.m. ET with the men’s singles quarterfinals, and concludes with the mixed doubles gold medal final at 3:15 p.m. ET. The bronze medal match in men’s table tennis follows badminton coverage on USA Network.

Golf Channel presents the return of women’s golf to the Olympic program for the first time since 1900 on Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. ET. Golf Channel also provides wraparound news coverage immediately prior to and following live coverage of the competition via its Golf Central Live From the Olympics beginning at 5 a.m. ET and 3 p.m. ET.

On Wednesday, Telemundo features men’s soccer as Brazil takes on Honduras at Noon ET, followed by men’s welterweight final boxing. Men’s semifinal soccer coverage continues on NBC UNIVERSO as Nigeria faces Germany at 3 p.m. ET.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 18

NBC’s primetime coverage on Thursday, August 18, begins at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and features track and field gold medal finals, women’s volleyball semifinals, the women’s platform diving gold medal final, and the men’s beach volleyball gold medal match.

Canoe/kayak sprint gold medal finals highlights NBC’s daytime coverage at 11:15 a.m. ET/PT, followed by women’s volleyball at Noon ET/PT, and women’s platform diving at 2 p.m. ET/PT.
