STAMFORD, Conn. – August 15, 2016 – NBC’s primetime coverage of the Games of the XXXI Olympiad continues tomorrow, Tuesday, August 16, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and features the conclusion of individual event gold medal finals in gymnastics, as all-around gold medalist Simone Biles and all-around silver medalist Aly Raisman face off in the women’s floor final. Americans Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross take on Brazil’s Agatha and Barbara with the winner advancing to the women’s beach volleyball final.

In Tuesday primetime track & field competition on NBC, University of Oregon wide receiver Devon Allen aims to advance to the men’s 110m hurdles final after winning the U.S. Olympic Trials in July. Track & Field coverage includes finals in the men’s high jump and the women’s 1500m, and features American Tori Bowie as she seeks to advance to the 200m finals.

Tuesday’s daytime coverage on NBC includes track & field qualifying rounds as well as gold medal finals in men’s triple jump and women’s discus at 10 a.m. ET/PT. Coverage continues with a women’s volleyball quarterfinal matchup as the U.S. faces Japan at 1 p.m. ET/PT, followed by synchronized swimming duet gold medal finals at 2:30 p.m. ET/PT. In addition, top seed Larissa and Talita of Brazil battle Germany’s Laura Ludwig and Kira Walkenhorst for a spot in the women’s beach volleyball final at 3 p.m. ET/PT.

NBCSN kicks off Tuesday gold medal finals coverage at 8 a.m. ET with canoeing, followed by men’s open water 10k swimming at 2 p.m. ET. Diana Taurasi and Team USA begin knockout round play against Japan at 5:30 p.m. ET. Coverage on NBCSN continues gold medal finals in men’s weightlifting, men’s boxing, and Greco-Roman wrestling at 7:30 p.m. ET.

MSNBC hosts coverage of sailing gold medal finals at 2 p.m. ET, while American track cyclist Sarah Hammer aims for the podium in women’s omnium on CNBC at 5 p.m. ET. She won the silver medal in the event in 2012.

On Tuesday, Telemundo presents a women’s soccer semifinal matchup between Brazil and Sweden live at Noon ET, followed by synchronized swimming.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17

NBC’s primetime coverage on Wednesday, August 17, begins at 8 p.m. ET, and features the women’s beach volleyball gold final match. Track & field finals also highlight primetime coverage on Wednesday, with the women’s long jump, women’s 200m and women’s 100m hurdles.

Wednesday’s daytime coverage on NBC features Ashton Eaton as he begins his quest to successfully defend his gold medal in the decathlon. Coverage continues with equestrian team jumping gold medal finals, followed by the gymnastics gala.

The men’s soccer semifinals highlight NBCSN’s Wednesday coverage. Coverage kicks off at Noon ET with Neymar and Brazil facing Honduras, followed by NigeriaGermany at 3 p.m. ET. NBCSN’s coverage also features American Evan Jager as he looks to give the U.S. its first men’s steeplechase medal at the Olympics since 1984.

Coverage continues on NBCSN at 7:30 p.m. ET with gold medal finals in women’s freestyle wrestling, immediately followed by men’s boxing, men’s table tennis and taekwondo. NBCSN also presents the bronze medal match for women’s beach volleyball at 9 p.m. ET.

USA Networks hosts coverage of men’s badminton. Coverage begins at 9 a.m. ET with the men’s singles quarterfinals, and concludes with the mixed doubles gold medal final at 3:15 p.m. ET. The bronze medal match in men’s table tennis follows badminton coverage on USA Network.

Golf Channel presents the return of women’s golf to the Olympic program for the first time since 1900 on Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. ET. Golf Channel also provides wraparound news coverage immediately prior to and following live coverage of the competition via its Golf Central Live From the Olympics beginning at 5 a.m. ET and 3 p.m. ET.
