NASCAR K&N Pro Series West from Colorado Thursday at 7 p.m. ET

STAMFORD, Conn. – June 13, 2016 — NBCSN’s weekday show, NASCAR America, premieres at its new time, 6 p.m. ET, this evening. The move marks a recharge of the show with more comprehensive NASCAR news, highlights and driver interviews each night. Daniel Suárez joins today’s show live from NBC Sports Charlotte to discuss his first XFINITY win and down-to-the-wire pass of teammate Kyle Busch at Michigan International Speedway. Yesterday’s Sprint Cup winner Joey Logano calls into the show tonight to talk about his domination in Brooklyn, Mich., and recent success with NASCAR’s new lower-downforce package.

Today’s show is hosted by Krista Voda alongside her pre- and post-race counterparts Dale Jarrett and Kyle Petty, live from NBC Sports Group’s headquarters in Stamford, Conn. Daytona 500-winning crew chief Steve Letarte contributes commentary from NBC Sports Charlotte. Today’s show also includes a sneak peek of Ricky Stenhouse Jr.’s attempt to tackle the floating steps and fly wheel obstacles on tonight’s episode of American Ninja Warrior.

As NASCAR heads into its off week, NBC Sports Group stands just over two weeks away from its 2016 debut of live NASCAR Sprint Cup and XFINITY series racing, set to unfold over Independence Day weekend. Celebrations from Daytona International Speedway begin Friday, July 1st with the XFINITY Series Subway Firecracker 250 at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, and are highlighted by the Coke Zero 400 on Saturday, July 2nd at 7:45 p.m. ET on NBC.

NBCSN presents the fifth race of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West season from Colorado National Speedway Thursday at 7 p.m. ET. Dave Burns and Parker Kligerman provide commentary as defending champion Ryan Partridge faces off against series points leader Todd Gilliland.

Front Row Motorsports driver Landon Cassill and pre- and post-race host Voda join NBCSports.com’s lead motorsports writer Nate Ryan on this week’s NASCAR on NBC podcast.
