GAME 7 – (2) BLUES AT (1) STARS – TONIGHT AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

The Stars avoided elimination with a 3-2 win in Game 6 in St. Louis, as Mattias Janmark, Vernon Fiddler, and Jason Spezza scored early in the first period to spot Dallas a 3-0 lead and chase St. Louis goaltender Brian Elliott. St. Louis responded with a pair of goals and outshot Dallas 37-14 in the game, but Stars goaltender Kari Lehtonen made 35 saves to preserve the win.

The Predators won despite two goals from Sharks forward Chris Tierney and Logan Couture’s sixth goal of the postseason. Nashville will now play in its second Game 7 of the postseason and in the franchise’s history, following its 2-1 win in Game 7 against Anaheim in the First Round.
