BETHESDA, Md. – April 18, 2016 – CSN Mid-Atlantic will provide comprehensive multiplatform content covering the 2016 NFL Draft (April 28-30) featuring former Washington Redskins general manager and current NFL analyst Charley Casserly beginning this week, highlighted by two special programs and a 15-part original digital video series.

Geico SportsNet Central: NFL Draft Journey, which debuts Tuesday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m. and 11 p.m., will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the player evaluation process. The half-hour show features former Maryland Terrapins defensive end Yannick Ngakoue – who is eligible for this year’s draft – as he completes an on-field workout, film session and interview with Casserly, who spent nearly 30 years as an executive with the Redskins and Houston Texans.

On The Clock is a series of short-form digital videos featuring Casserly and CSN’s Julie Donaldson in the “CSN Draft Room.” In each of the 15 segments, which are currently available on CSNmidatlantic.com, Casserly discusses the most compelling topics surrounding the draft process, including the scouting combine, mock drafts, trades and choosing players. The segments, which range from two to five minutes in length, will also be featured on Geico SportsNet Central.

CSN will debut its annual preview show, Geico SportsNet Central: NFL Draft Special, on April 25 at 6:30 p.m. The half-hour program, which will encore multiple times leading up to the draft’s first round on April 28, will present extensive news, analysis and commentary covering the Redskins and Baltimore Ravens.
