STAMFORD, Conn. – April 5, 2016 – With five weeks until the Premier League’s “Championship Sunday,” NBC Sports Group presents a full slate of action featuring title and Champions League hopefuls, and clubs desperate to avoid relegation. Action begins this Saturday, April 9, at 7 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN, followed by 6th-place West Ham United v. third-place Arsenal on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO. Arsenal kept their title ambitions alive on Saturday by defeating Watford 4-0.

Saturday at 10 a.m. ET, NBCSN presents a special Relegation Breakaway as Aston Villa fight to avoid relegation, featuring RedZone-like live look-ins on the best action from 20th-place Aston Villa v. Bournemouth, and Crystal Palace v. 17th-place Norwich City. Aston Villa will be guaranteed relegation this season if Norwich City better their result on Saturday (Norwich City win and Aston Villa draw, or Norwich City draw and Aston Villa lose).

NBC Sports Group’s Premier League Breakaway program presents the most compelling action in real time and on replay, so viewers experience every twist and turn as Aston Villa fights for Premier League safety, and Norwich City look to further distance themselves from 18th-place, the final relegation position.  Arlo White will guide the program as it cuts between matches to follow the most important stories with minimal interruption.

USA Network will present Southampton v. Newcastle Saturday at 10 a.m. ET, and all matches in the 10 a.m. ET window (including Relegation Breakaway games) will be available in their entirety via live stream on NBC Sports Live Extra and on Premier League Extra Time, a bonus television package available to MVPDs at no extra cost for customers who receive NBCSN. Relegation Breakaway will also be available on NBC Sports Live Extra.

Saturday at 12:30 p.m. ET, NBC and NBC UNIVERSO present coverage of fourth-place Manchester City v. West Bromwich Albion. Manchester City come off a 4-0 win at Bournemouth on Saturday, and are in a close competition with rivals fifth-place Manchester United for the fourth and final Champions League position this season. Only one point separates the Manchester teams.

Peter Drury calls the match joined by analyst Graeme Le Saux at the Etihad Stadium.
