Moraes owns eight wins under the World Series of Fighting banner, debuting at the promotion’s first show with a split-decision win over former WEC champion Miguel Torres. Moraes eventually went on to claim the belt with a decision win over Josh Rettinghouse (WSOF9), and seeks the third victorious defense of his title. Barajas made his World Series of Fighting debut at November’s WSOF25 event, scoring a third-round TKO of Erik Villalobos.

In Saturday’s co-main event, Timur “Lucky” Valiev (10-1) takes on Chris “El Guapo” Gutierrez (8-1-1) in a bantamweight contest, with the winner expected to earn a shot at the World Series of Fighting bantamweight title.
