Curling Night In America Returns Tomorrow at 10 p.m. ET on NBCSN

Two-Time Canadian Olympic Gold Medalist Kaillie Humphries Leads All-Female Four-Man Bobsled Team Against Men For First Time in History in Lake Placid on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. ET on NBC Sports Live Extra

STAMFORD, Conn. – Jan. 7, 2016 – NBCSN, Universal HD, and NBC Sports Live Extra will present more than 35 hours of Olympic winter sports coverage this weekend spanning alpine skiing, bobsled and skeleton, curling, ski jumping, cross country skiing, and Nordic combined. Coverage is highlighted by U.S. Olympic downhill champion Lindsey Vonn in FIS World Cup alpine skiing action, Canadian two-time Olympic gold medalist Kaillie Humphries making history by piloting the first-ever all-female four-man bobsled against men in IBSF World Cup bobsled and skeleton action in Lake Placid, and the return of Curling Night In America tomorrow night at 10 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

FIS WORLD CUP ALPINE SKIING – COVERAGE BEGINS SATURDAY AT 5:30 A.M. ET ON NBCSN

NBC Sports Group’s live men’s and women’s FIS World Cup skiing coverage on NBCSN begins Saturday morning at 5:30 a.m. ET with the women’s downhill at Altenmarkt-Zauchensee in Austria, as Lindsey Vonn looks to move atop the downhill standings. Coverage continues at 7 a.m. ET with men’s giant slalom action from Adelboden, Switzerland. Sunday’s alpine skiing coverage on NBCSN begins at 5:30 a.m. ET with the super-G, and continues at 7 a.m. ET with the men’s slalom. Steve Porino (play-by-play) and two-time Olympian Kaylin Richardson (analyst) will call the women’s events, while Porino and two-time Olympian Doug Lewis (analyst) will call the men’s races.


CURLING NIGHT IN AMERICA –
TOMORROW NIGHT AT 10 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

Curling Night In America makes its return to NBCSN for the first of eight telecasts tomorrow night at 10 p.m. ET. The event features Team USA, as well as China, Japan, and Scotland, and includes one men’s, women’s and mixed doubles team from each nation. The Team USA roster includes 2006 Olympic bronze medalist and three-time Olympian John Shuster. Jason Knapp (play-by-play), 2006 Olympic bronze medalist Pete Fenson (analyst), and Tanith White (reporter) will provide commentary from Curl Mesabi in Eveleth, Minn.


IBSF WORLD CUP BOBSLED AND SKELETON – COVERAGE ON NBCSN BEGINS TOMORROW AT 2 P.M. ET

IBSF World Cup bobsled and skeleton coverage from Lake Placid on NBCSN begins tomorrow at 2 p.m. ET with women’s skeleton, followed by women’s bobsled at 3 p.m. ET and two-man bobsled at 4 p.m. ET. Two-time Canadian Olympic gold medalist Kaillie Humphries will lead an all-female sled against the men for the first time in history in the four-man bobsled event, which will stream live on Live Extra on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. ET, and will air that night on Universal HD at 8 p.m. ET. John Morgan will provide commentary from Lake Placid.

NBC Sports Live Extra will live stream all content airing on NBCSN and Universal HD, and will also provide exclusive cross country, ski jumping and Nordic combined streaming coverage.
