FRENCH OPEN ALERT: NOVAK DJOKOVIC-ANDY MURRAY SEMIFINAL CONTINUES TOMORROW, SAT. JUNE 6 LIVE AT 7 AM ET ON NBCSN
Serena Williams-Lucie Safarova Women’s Final Live on NBC at 9 a.m. ET Tomorrow
STAMFORD, Conn. – June 5, 2015 – Live coverage of the men’s semifinal match between No. 1 ranked Novak Djokovic and No. 3 ranked Andy Murray in the 2015 French Open continues tomorrow, Saturday, June 6, at 7 a.m. ET on NBCSN. Djokovic leads Murray 6-3, 6-3, 5-7, 3-3. The match was suspended due to weather in the fourth set. The winner faces Stan Wawrinka in Sunday’s men’s final live at 9 a.m. ET on NBC.
Following Djokovic-Murray, NBC presents live coverage of the women’s final at 9 a.m. ET as top-ranked Serena Williams, a two-time French Open champion, faces Lucie Safarova.
COMMENTATORS: Host Ted Robinson anchors NBC’s coverage, joined by analysts John McEnroe and Mary Carillo. This is Robinson’s 16th French Open in the anchor chair for NBC. McEnroe and Carillo teamed to win the mixed doubles title at the 1977 French Open. This is NBC’s 33rd consecutive year televising the event.

NBC AND THE FRENCH OPEN: In 1975, NBC became the first American television network to provide coverage of the French Open when the network signed a three-year deal with the French Tennis Federation. The tournament was covered by CBS from 1980-82 and returned to NBC in 1983, where it has remained since.
