STAMFORD, Conn. – May 26, 2015 – The Tampa Bay Lightning can advance to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2004 with a Game 6 victory tonight, when captain Steven Stamkos and the Bolts host Henrik Lundqvist and the New York Rangers at 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Tonight’s coverage starts at 7 p.m. ET with NHL Live, featuring host Liam McHugh alongside analysts and former players Mike Milbury and Keith Jones, leading into live game coverage from Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. The Lightning took a 3-2 series lead on Sunday night with a 2-0 victory in Game 5 in New York. Stamkos led the way for the Lightning with his seventh goal of the postseason, as well as an assist on Valtteri Filppula’s eventual game-winner. Goaltender Ben Bishop outdueled Lundqvist, stopping all 26 shots he faced for his second shutout of the postseason, after allowing five goals in a 5-1 loss to the Rangers in Game 4.

If the Lightning win, they’ll return to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2004, when they defeated the Calgary Flames in seven games for their only Stanley Cup title. A Rangers victory tonight would force a do-or-die Game 7 matchup on Friday night on NBCSN at Madison Square Garden.

Three-time Emmy Award-winning play-by-play commentator and Sports Illustrated 2014 Media Person of the Year Mike ‘Doc’ Emrick, U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame member and analyst Eddie Olczyk, and Emmy Award-winning Inside-the-Glass analyst Pierre McGuire will have the call from Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla.

WESTERN CONFERENCE FINAL GAME 6 – DUCKS-BLACKHAWKS – TOMORROW AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN – DUCKS LEAD 3-2

The Anaheim Ducks can advance to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2007 with a Game 6 victory tomorrow night, when they face the Chicago Blackhawks at 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN. The Ducks took a 3-2 series lead with a 5-4 overtime victory in Anaheim last night. The Ducks held a 3-0 lead after the first period, and led 4-2 with less than two minutes remaining, before Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews scored twice in 72 seconds to tie the game and force the second straight overtime game of the series. Last night’s overtime lasted just 45 seconds, as Anaheim’s Matt Beleskey scored to clinch the victory and bring the Ducks within one win of the Stanley Cup Final.

A win tomorrow night would secure Anaheim’s first Stanley Cup Final berth since 2007, when the Ducks beat the Ottawa Senators in five games for their only Stanley Cup title. If Chicago wins Game 6, the two teams will meet for a decisive Game 7 in Anaheim on Saturday night on NBCSN.

Emrick, Olczyk and McGuire will call tomorrow night’s Ducks-Blackhawks Game 6 matchup from the United Center in Chicago, Ill.
