Maj. Peter Jennison Breaks Bass 2 Billfish Sailfish Fishing Record

Jennison to Appear in Two-Part Episode Debuting Tomorrow

Stamford, Conn. – Tuesday, February 23, 2015 – 20-year-veteran of the Florida Army National Guard and Jacksonville, Fla., resident, Maj. Peter Jennison, will appear on a two-part episode of Bass 2 Billfish with Peter Miller debuting tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

In the episode, Jennison joins host and professional angler Peter Miller on a fishing expedition off the coast of Miami Beach and deep in the Florida Everglades, in which the pair reel in a Bass 2 Billfish record seven sailfish.

Jennison, who served tours of duty in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait was also joined on the fishing trip by his 15-year-old son Morgan Jennison. In addition to the sailfish, the group collectively caught more than 50 fish, including bass, bream, oscar and crappie.

Part two of the episode will debut on Wednesday, March 4 at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Encore presentations of both episodes will air at later dates on NBCSN.

Miller and his crew are three-time World Sailfish Champions and are widely considered one of the top sailfish teams in the country.
