MOTORSPORTS COVERAGE

NBC Sports Group’s weekend coverage of the Mecum Auctions: Kansas City begins today at 4:30 p.m. ET, on NBCSN, continuing Saturday at 5 p.m. ET.

Scott Hoke, along with analysts John Kraman, Stephen Cox and Bill Stephens, hosts NBC Sports Group’s Mecum Auctions coverage from Houston’s Reliant Center.

Saturday at 1:30 a.m. ET, NBCSN airs the TORC Series – Las Vegas, where Robbie Floyd, Grant Langston, Tony Bokhoven and Cristy Lee have the call.

NBCSN’s Sunday IndyCar coverage starts at 1 a.m. ET, with the Indy Grand Prix of Alabama (Qualifying), and continues with the Indy Grand Prix of Alabama at 2:30 p.m. ET, followed by Race 2 of the Legacy Indy Lights at 5:30 p.m. ET.

NBC Sports Group’s lead IndyCar and Formula One play-by-play voice Leigh Diffey calls the Indy Grand Prix of Alabama at Birmingham’s Barber Motorsports Park, alongside former drivers Townsend Bell and Wally Dallenbach. Reporters Jon Beekhuis, Kelli Stavast, Kevin Lee and Robin Miller report from the pits. Lee, joined by Anders Krohn and Jake Query, calls the Legacy Indy Lights 100.

 

HOCKEY COVERAGE

NBC Sports Group’s weekend coverage of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs begins on CNBC tonight at 7 p.m. ET, when the Philadelphia Flyers hosts the New York Rangers. Coverage continues on NBCSN when the Chicago Blackhawks take on the St. Louis Blues at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the Dallas Stars facing the Anaheim Ducks at 10:30 p.m. ET.

Ken Daniels and Pierre McGuire call Philadelphia v. New York; Dave Strader and Brian Engblom are on site in St. Louis; and John Walton and Butch Goring cover the Dallas vs. Anaheim game.

Coverage continues Saturday on NBC at 3 p.m. ET, when the Detroit Red Wings face the Boston Bruins. At 7 p.m. ET, NBCSN features Game 5 of the Columbus Blue Jackets–Pittsburgh Penguins series, followed by the Minnesota Wild v. Colorado Avalanche at 9:30 p.m. ET. CNBC airs Game 5 of the Los Angeles v. San Jose series at 10 p.m. ET.

Dave Strader, Eddie Olczyk and Pierre McGuire call the action in Boston; Ken Daniels and Joe Micheletti handle coverage from Pittsburgh; John Forslund and Tripp Tracy are on site at Colorado’s Pepsi Center; and Randy Hahn and Drew Remenda have the call in San Jose.

On Sunday, NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs coverage begins on NBC at Noon ET, with Game 5 of the Philadelphia Flyers–New York Rangers series, followed by St. Louis v. Chicago at 3 p.m. ET. NBCSN’s coverage starts at 8 p.m. ET, with Game 6 of the Anaheim–Dallas series. Kenny Albert and Brian Engblom have the call from New York, while Doc Emrick, Eddie Olczyk and Pierre McGuire handle coverage in Chicago.

Liam McHugh hosts NHL Live and NHL Overtime, along with former players Jeremy Roenick and Keith Jones on Friday, and Russ Thaler, Mike Milbury and Roenick on Saturday. Kathryn Tappen, Roenick and Anson Carter host Sunday’s NHL Live and NHL Overtime.

 

PREMIER LEAGUE

NBC Sports Group’s weekend Premier League coverage begins Saturday at 7 a.m. ET on NBCSN with Premier League Live followed by Southampton v. Everton at 7:45 a.m. ET, and Fulham v. Hull City at 10 a.m. ET. At 12:30 p.m. ET, NBC features Manchester United v. Norwich City, followed by Premier League Goal Zone at 2:30 p.m. ET.

On Sunday, NBCSN’s Premier League coverage begins at 6:30 a.m. ET with Premier League Live followed by Sunderland v. Cardiff City at 7 a.m. ET, Liverpool v. Chelsea at 9  a.m. ET, and Crystal Palace v. Manchester City at 11:05 a.m. ET. Weekend coverage concludes with NBCSN’s Match of the Day II at 1:30 p.m. ET, on NBCSN, hosted by Rebecca Lowe, former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe, and Jamaican National Team player Robbie Earle.

Lee Dixon joins lead Premier League play-by-play announcer Arlo White to call Sunday’s Liverpool v. Chelsea game from Anfield, while  U.S. Men’s National Team and Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard and Steve Bower call the Crystal Palace v. Manchester City match. All matches will be preceded and followed by Premier League Live pre- and post-match shows hosted by Lowe, Mustoe and Earle from the NBC Sports Group International Broadcast Center in Stamford, Conn.
