DAKAR RALLY

NBCSN’s coverage of the Dakar Rally continues this evening at 5 p.m. ET with Stage 5 of the race from Chilecito to Tucuman, with Stage 6 from Tucuman to Salta, at 5:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. Rest Day coverage will be featured at 10 p.m. ET on Sunday.

F1 play-by-play voice Leigh Diffey will provide commentary from throughout the 2014 Dakar Rally.

GOLF CHANNEL COVERAGE

Golf Channel’s weekend coverage includes the Sony Open in Hawaii at 7 p.m. ET tonight, Saturday and Sunday and the Volvo Golf Champions Saturday and Sunday at 7 a.m. ET.

Golf Channel and NBC’s team of Dan Hicks (Play by Play), Rich Lerner (Play by Play), Johnny Miller (Analyst), Frank Nobilo (Analyst), Gary Koch (Tower), Mark Rolfing (Tower), Roger Maltbie (On Course), Jerry Foltz (On Course), and Steve Sands (Interviews) will call the action for the Sony Open in Hawaii at Waialae Country Club, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Dougie Donnelly (Play by Play), Denis Hutchinson (Analyst), and Warren Humphreys (Analyst), will handle coverage of the Franklin Templeton Shootout from Tiburon GC in Naples, Fla.

COLLEGE HOCKEY: ALABAMA HUNTSVILLE AT NOTRE DAME

NBCSN’s college hockey coverage begins tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET, when No. 14 Notre Dame hosts Alabama-Huntsville. Dan Parkhurst (play-by-play) and Anson Carter (analyst) will have the call from the Compton Family Ice Arena in South Bend, Ind.

PREMIER LEAGUE

NBC Sports Group’s weekend Premier League coverage begins Saturday at 6:30 a.m. ET with Barclays Premier League Preview on NBCSN. Coverage continues with 7 a.m. ET on NBCSN with Premier League Live immediately followed by Hull City v. Chelsea at 7:45 a.m. ET. The NBCSN 10 a.m. ET slot on Saturday will feature Tottenham Hotspur v. Crystal Palace. Premier League Extra Time will air Everton v. Norwich; Southampton v. West Bromwich Albion; Fulham v. Sunderland; and Cardiff City v. West Ham United at 10 a.m. ET. Saturday’s live coverage concludes with Manchester United v. Swansea City at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

Sunday’s coverage features Premier League Live at 8:30 a.m. ET followed by Newcastle United v. Manchester City at 9 a.m. ET, and Liverpool v. Stoke City 11 a.m. ET.

Lead play-by-play voice Arlo White joins former Premier League star and four-time league champion Lee Dixon to call Manchester United v. Swansea City on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC. White joins Graeme Le Saux, the former Premier League star who played in 36 international matches for England, to call Newcastle United v. Manchester City on Sunday at 9:05 a.m. ET on NBCSN.

U.S. FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS

NBC presents live primetime U.S. Figure Skating Championships coverage this weekend – four weeks to the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi. Live coverage begins Saturday at 3 p.m. ET and continues in primetime at 8 p.m. ET. Sunday’s live coverage begins at 3 p.m. ET. NBC’s coverage includes pairs’, ice dance, ladies’ and men’s free skate, including the performance of 2010 Vancouver Olympic silver medalists and two-time World ice dance champions Meryl Davis and Charlie White, who are competing for a record sixth national title.

Play-by-play announcers Tom Hammond and Terry Gannon, analysts Sandra Bezic, a 1972 Olympian and five-time Canadian pairs champion, and Olympic gold medalist Scott Hamilton, and reporter Andrea Joyce will call the action from TD Garden in Boston, Mass.

RIVALRY ON ICE: YALE-HARVARD

NBCSN’s coverage of the 2013-14 college hockey season continues this weekend with an Ivy League matchup, when 2013 National Champion and No. 10 Yale faces Harvard at historic Madison Square Garden in New York City. Coverage of the inaugural Rivalry on Ice begins at 8 p.m. ET.

Dave Strader will manage play-by-play duties for the game and will be joined by Emmy Award-winning ‘Inside-the-Glass’ analyst Pierre McGuire.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL

NBCSN’s coverage of the 2013-14 college basketball season continues this weekend with a Saturday tripleheader, highlighted by St. Bonaventure at No. 19 UMass.

Coverage begins at 12:30 p.m. ET when St. Bonaventure travels to the Mullins Center in Amherst, Mass. to take on No. 19 UMass. Mike Corey will manage play-by-play duties for the game and will be joined by analyst Ron Thompson.

Following St. Bonaventure-UMass, at 2:30 p.m. ET, George Washington hosts Rhode Island at the Charles E. Smith Center in Washington, DC. Veteran play-by-play announcer Randy Moss will call the game alongside Dave Kaplan.

At 6 p.m. ET, NBCSN will feature an Ivy League matchup between Princeton and Penn at the historic Palestra in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Former NBA head coach and NBCSN analyst Stan Van Gundy will pair with play-by-play announcer Steve Schlanger to call the action.

NHL: PHILADELPHIA AT NEW YORK RANGERS

NBCSN’s weekend NHL coverage includes the New York Rangers hosting the Philadelphia Fliers Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET. The game will be preceded by NHL Live at 6:30 p.m. ET. Mike ‘Doc’ Emrick and Pierre McGuire will have the call from Madison Square Garden.
