UH and Rice Bowl Preview Shows Premiere Dec. 19 Exclusively on CSN

HOUSTON — College football fans in the Houston area will want to tune in to CSN Houston on Thursday, Dec. 19, for an hour of bowl preview shows featuring the Houston Cougars and Rice Owls.

The Houston Cougar Bowl Preview Show, hosted by Kevin Eschenfelder, debuts at 11 p.m. and features analysis and insight from Head Coach Tony Levine and Cougar players.

The Rice Owls Bowl Preview Show premieres at 11:30 p.m. and is hosted by Sebastian Salazar. Owls Head Coach David Bailiff, who was named Conference USA’s Coach of the Year, will offer his insight along with Owls players.

Each show will re-air multiple times in advance of each bowl game.

The Owls face Mississippi State in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl in Memphis at 3 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. The Cougars travel to Birmingham on Jan. 4 to face Vanderbilt at noon in the BBVA Compass Bowl.

CSN Houston will have extensive coverage of each game and the events leading up to them on the network’s weekday talk and analysis show SportsTalk Live as well as on its signature news show SportsNet Central. Fans will find additional coverage on CSNHouston.com.
