Stamford, Conn. – September 12, 2013 – NBCSN presents Major League Soccer coverage this Friday, Sept. 13, with a new episode of MLS Insider at 7:30 p.m. ET and a Western Conference match between two playoff bound teams Real Salt Lake (14-8-6, 48 pts.) and the Seattle Sounders FC (14-8-4, 46 pts.) at 10 p.m. ET.
With a four-match winning streak, Seattle Sounders, No. 2 in the Western Conference, hosts Real Salt Lake as the Sounders look for a victory to overtake Real Salt Lake in the standings. Real Salt Lake looks to sweep the season series with a third win against the Sounders, who have only one loss in their last eight games.
COMMENTATORS: NBC Sports Group’s MLS lead play-by-play announcer John Strong alongside analyst Kyle Martino and host Russ Thaler will call Real Salt Lake-Seattle on Friday from CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Wash.
