The program’s second season, which is highlighted by an all-star lineup of guests, will debut with a one-hour special featuring baseball legend Cal Ripken, Jr.

The other prominent figures that will join hosts John Auville, Eric Bickel, Jason Bishop and John-Paul Flaim during the new season of Table Manners are: Washington Redskins linebacker Brian Orakpo, former Redskins defensive back Fred Smoot, former U.S. senator and Virginia governor George Allen, former University of Maryland men’s basketball coach Gary Williams, Hockey Hall of Famer and former Washington Capitals defenseman Rod Langway, sports agent David Falk, and soccer player Ali Krieger, a member of the Washington Spirit and U.S. Women’s National Team.

Comcast SportsNet will present the new Table Manners at 11 p.m. on Aug. 20, Aug. 27 and Sept. 3 and at 6:30 p.m. for the final five episodes through Oct. 8. Each episode will also be presented as an encore multiple times and will be available at CSNwashington.com for one week after its television debut.

Table Manners, which premiered in February, provides a seat at the table as the popular hosts and their guest discuss a variety of compelling topics and engage in The Junkies’ trademark style of storytelling, irreverent dialogue and humorous banter over a meal at The Palm restaurant. The unique format of the show delivers an entertaining and candid conversation, which provides a revealing look at the personalities of the hosts and their guest, including insight on their interesting careers, personal lives, passions and views.

Auville (Cakes), Bickel (E.B.), Bishop (Lurch) and Flaim (J.P.), are hosts of “The Sports Junkies” on 106.7 The Fan (WJFK-FM), which airs weekdays from 5 to 10 a.m. The longtime friends and Washington, D.C.-area natives began the show in 1995 on public access cable television before joining WJFK in 1996.
