COWBOYS & REDSKINS FEATURED TODAY ON DEBUT OF “FACES OF THE FRANCHISE; WHO’S ON YOUR TEAM’S MOUNT RUSHMORE?”
NEW YORK – June 3, 2013 – The Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins will be featured today when the series “Faces of the Franchise; Who’s on Your Team’s Mount Rushmore?” debuts during Pro Football Talk, which airs weekdays at 5 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network. Co-hosts Mike Florio and Erik Kuselias will be joined by Hall of Fame and former Cowboys RB Emmitt Smith to discuss, debate and select the four most influential people in the history of the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins, from among players, coaches, owners and executives.
In addition to coverage on NBC Sports Network, ProFootballTalk.com and NBC Sports Regional Networks will provide extensive Mount Rushmore coverage, with the regionals focusing on teams in their respective markets.
“Faces of The Franchise; Who’s on Your Team’s Mount Rushmore?” will have a presence on NBC Sports Group social media platforms as well. The NBC Sports and Sunday Night Football Facebook pages will feature Mount Rushmore content. The individual Facebook pages will also include fan polls for each team’s Mount Rushmore. The @NBCSports, @ProFootballTalk, @PFTonNBCSN, and @SNFonNBC Twitter accounts will also engage fans with news, information and updates.
